Gridiron and Ethan saved me from a disaster. My roof was incomplete from a previous contractor that left a horrific situation. Thankfully i reached out to the best company to the rescue. It is not required, but replacing your gutters at the same time keeps your exterior updates consistent — and it is a great time to switch from seamed to seamless gutters. I have shingles on one side of my house hanging over the gutters — is it normal?
That sounds like an incorrect installation. Shingles should extend past the drip edge only about ½ to ¾ of an inch. Our team can diagnose the issue and repair it during your inspection.

Do I need to pull my own permits?
No. As soon as an agreement is signed, Gridiron starts applying for permits in your community, and we keep them organized in your customer vault.
Will you provide me with warranties?
Yes — your sales associate will share two types of warranties with you: the GridIron Roofing Workmanship Plus Guarantee and the manufacturer's warranty.
Who is putting on my gutters and will it be supervised for quality?
Your gutters are installed by experienced installation crews who are trained, insured, and licensed — and every project is supervised for quality.
Who will I be able to contact the day of my project?
You will be provided contact information for a team of professionals called the Field Manager. Your sales team is always a call or text away, and you can always call the company directly.
Who will all be on my property the day of the installation?
You will be notified before anyone arrives. Expect your sales representative on site before work begins and throughout the day, supervising alongside the crews.
How long does it take to apply for financing?
Applying for financing takes less than 5 minutes, and our team can walk you through it.
Why should I have my roof inspected?
Hidden damage may not be visible from the ground, and climbing on your roof is dangerous. Best practice is to have your roof inspected every 1–2 years.
What do you do besides roofing?
We are roofing specialists only. Roofing and roof-related services such as gutters and skylights are our only business — though we are happy to refer you to trusted craftsmen in other trades.

How long does a job take to complete?
Repairs take less than one day, and most roofs are completed in a single day. We never move faster than excellent craftsmanship permits.
